We will not charge a commission as a listing agent, or to list your property.

As a For Sale By Owner (FSBO) only using a listing service, there will be no commission paid to a Listing Agent. You are still representing yourself throughout the transaction and do not have representation of a licensed real estate agent.

Typically, buyers are represented by a licensed real estate agent, and 3% is the going rate for a Buyer's Agent Commission. However, everything can be negotiable. As the seller, you are able to advertise how much you are willing to pay a Buyer's Agent up front, if offering a commission at all.

You are able to upgrade services at anytime.

Downgrading a service plan is only allowed once original listing term has ended.

Should you no longer wish to sell your property on your own, and would like to switch from a-la-carte listing only service to a full service Listing Agent as your representative throughout the transaction, Mid Atlantic will honor a $500 discount on commission charged.
